AMP Architecture prides itself on providing a full-service client experience.  All projects, big and small, receive the same amount of expertise and attention.  We believe in providing a complete architecture service: from consulting, to design, estimating and, finally, construction. 

OUR PROCESS BEGINS THE MOMENT WE MEET WITH A CLIENT...  

Incorporating the client into our team, we tailor each step of the process around our client's individual needs and aesthetics.  Following our meeting, multiple schematic design options are provided for discussion directly with the architect.  From there, concepts from these initial drafts can be mixed and juxtaposed to create the ideal design. 

Once a design is finalized, AMP will move forward with construction documents to secure a permit for construction.  While we develop these documents, we also work with the client to select finishes, fixtures, and appliances.  These documents, complete with finish specifications, are then provided to contractors for bid.  The design process is complete once bids are reviewed by our team, assisting the selection of a contractor best suited for the client's project.  

As we move into the construction process, AMP architecture remains actively and intrinstically involved.  We assist our client with construction schedules and budgets as well as the completion of site visits on their behalf, ensuring construction is moving according to plan and the design vision is being met.   Onsite meetings with clients are also conducted to review finish selections within the built space.  AMP is readily accessible and available through the completion of construction, assisting the client with all items needing attention before the contractor dispatches.

For clients in flood zones, we want to assure you that AMP Architecture is well versed and specializes in FEMA guidelines and requirements.  Our team possesses a clear understanding of flood zone compliance requirements; in fact, AMP architecture has worked in both New York and Texas on multiple residential buildings in flood zone areas, creating designs that ensure lower flood insurance premiums and higher resale values.
